How the binaries have been made and why it's free?
How the binaries have been made?
Each wallet has been downloaded as sources from github or another similar public place. Each wallet has been checked if it cointains errors in code (eg. wrong paths to libraries, graphics etc, that make compilation impossible). Each wallet has been compiled on two different machines: one for 32-bit and one for 64-bit. Both are Mint (a version of Ubuntu), quite newly installed and up to date. The most important is, that those systems were prepared for cryptocoins, by installing the proper libraries.
What system is the best for those binaries?
While using those binaries, there should be no difference between each popular unix-like, *nix or "linux", because the are compiled to common code. They were compiled on Mint, that is very similar to Ubuntu, so it is thought that Debians and Ubuntu itself would be best ecosystems for those particular binaries.
I've tried to compile myself, didn't go, why?
There may be several reasons starting from dependencies. They are a lot.
Do I need to have any fantastic dependencies?
No, you just download the binary, run it and when it goes - don't forget to make me a small donation for my work :)
Why it's free?
Open source software is always free, because the sources are open and free. But the sources are only the beginning. Not everybody is able to compile them himself and make it an useful, working programme. This was my job. I hope you will appreciate it and donate.
I want to contact you. How?
